In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "7777s" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at 7777s.net, including all associated web pages, account systems, games, wagering markets, and support channels.
• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player on the 7777s platform following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.

Where a Player is found to have misrepresented their age during registration, 7777s will immediately close the account. All deposits made and all winnings accrued will be forfeited in their entirety, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with the platform's licensing obligations.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session, 7777s will use all reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the state of the game session at the point of failure and settle the session accordingly. Where full reconstruction is not possible, bets placed during the affected session may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7777s platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, entitling 7777s to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending account and forfeit associated balances:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the 7777s platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any KYC verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses, using betting patterns designed solely to exploit wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional structures.
• Colluding with other Players in any casino game, poker variant, or betting market available on the platform.

7777s does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available without interruption, entirely free from technical errors, or immune from external security threats. Reasonable measures are taken to maintain platform security and availability, but the nature of internet-based services means that temporary unavailability may occur.

7777s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; (c) account activity triggers the platform's responsible gaming or anti-fraud monitoring systems; (d) a self-exclusion request has been received; or (e) the account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — will be subject to forfeiture pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by 7777s for reasons unrelated to Player breach (for example, a regulatory change affecting platform availability), verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 7777s account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any eligible real-money balance will be returned following KYC verification.

7777s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7777s holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7777s platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution specified in 7777s's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents 7777s from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
